Year Manager – Furness Academy
Required for February 2027

Furness Academy is looking for a talented and inspiring Year Manager to integrate academic and pastoral support, giving guidance to students and their families in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, achievement, progress and aspirations. You will be one of the primary points of contact for the students in your year group and under the guidance of the Director of Learning and Standards will support with any issues they may face during their time at the Academy.

Salary: Pay Scale NJC 17-20 £31,022 – £32,597 pro rata

Contract: Full Time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday), term time plus 1 week (39 weeks per year) Permanent post
