Key Stage 4 Manager – Walney School

Required for September 2026

Due to internal promotion of the current postholder we are looking to appoint a talented and Inspiring Key Stage 4 Manager to integrate academic and pastoral support, giving guidance to students and their families, to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, achievement, progress and aspirations. The Key Stage 4 Manager will be a primary point of contact for students across key stage 4 and would suit a resilient, highly driven and self-motivated individual, who will go the extra mile to ensure that our students achieve beyond their own expectations.

Salary: NJC 17 £31,022 pro rata
